March '07 Passport Requirements for 2008:
Bareboat Charters: Considered non-commerical, passports are not required to enter the U.S.
Skippered Charters: Considered commercial, passports are required to enter the U.S.
Commerical Flights: Passports are required to enter the U.S., including those travelling by floatplane.

We recommend that anyone planning to enter or re-enter the U.S., whether by private boat or commercial carrier, get and carry a passport. This includes babies too.
